Our herbed focaccia is a delicious, Italian-style flatbread perfect for your charcuterie board with a fine salume and gourmet olives or as an accompaniment for pasta night! Our homegrown herbs are incorporated into the dough and sprinkled across each loaf as a topping. Add a delicious crust crisped in the oven with olive oil and you have restaurant-quality bread. Fantastic with a garlic-parmesan dipping oil, homemade pesto, or artisanal cheeses. For best results, heat at 350-375F for 5-10 minutes to refresh and re-crisp the crust.
